Refund Policy

Stripe billing is active. The refund and cancellation terms below apply to all paid Plus and Family subscriptions.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your access continues through the last day you have paid for, and no further charges are made.

Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for pro-rata refunds. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access through the end of that billing period but are not refunded for unused days.

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email address and purchase details.

After the 30-day window, annual subscriptions are not eligible for a pro-rata refund. If you cancel after 30 days, your subscription remains active through the end of the annual period you have already paid for, and no further renewal charge is made.

Renewal charges (i.e. the second and subsequent annual payments) follow the same 30-day full-refund window from the date of each renewal charge.

The Free plan has no charges and therefore no refund considerations. You may close your Free account at any time from account settings, which will permanently delete all associated data.

• A brief reason (optional, but helpful for us to improve)

We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or violation of our Terms of Service).

We may update this policy when billing launches or as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to your account email address at least 14 days before they take effect.
